Pareto Securities’ Project Finance division is a leading arranger of and capital raiser for investment projects within real estate, shipping, offshore and energy.

We do everything from single projects to complicated financial solutions related to major real estate, shipping and offshore projects and companies. Through our subsidiaries we have a comprehensive business management system. In addition we have a trading desk to provide second-hand trading in the projects and companies we arrange. In total we have gross assets under management in excess of NOK 57 billion. The Project Finance division is currently represented with offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Singapore.
